Additionally, Gadi has taught creative, expository, and Web writing for more than 10 years to university students, private-sector professionals, and even soldiers.

Tom received AB and SM degrees in Computer Science from Harvard University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.

Prior to Discovery, he spent almost 8 years in various roles at AOL and before that worked at Bain & Co. in Boston as a consultant to media, banking, retail and technology clients. He has served as an advisor to multiple start-ups and was a program officer with the National Democratic Institute in Washington and in Moscow. He earned an MBA and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University, and his bachelor’s degree in Russian Studies from Amherst College.
